Role overview

The Digital Marketing Assistant supports New Leaf Fertility Partners in building a visible, trusted presence across digital platforms in the African region. The role focuses on helping New Leaf reach individuals and families who may benefit from fertility education and support in the channels and formats that work best in a Ghanaian context.

This is a practical, locally-informed role that does not involve client interaction or medical content creation, but plays an important part in how people in Ghana come to know and trust New Leaf.

Key responsibilities

Local digital presence

• Support social media management across Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp Business and LinkedIn
• Help tailor content and campaign messaging for African audiences
• Monitor local digital trends and audience behaviours to inform our approach
• Monitor communities & forum engagement on Reddit, Facebook groups and fertility forums
• Assist with the launch of New Leaf’s newsletter and regular update of blogs

Campaigns and performance

• Assist in planning and running digital campaigns targeted at local communities
• Track campaign performance and prepare simple reports for the team
• Help identify the most effective platforms and formats for reaching our audience in Africa
